Patil Vidyapeeth – Centre for Skill Development, securing an O Grade.. The program’s curriculum — covering Fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and TQM, Recognize Phase, Define and Measure Phase, Analyse Phase, and Improve, Control Phase & TQM — introduced me to some of the most advanced and challenging concepts in process improvement. At first, these topics seemed complex, but thanks to Mr. Aftabuddin Syed Sir’s clear explanations, real-world examples, and step-by-step guidance, I was able to understand them thoroughly and gain the confidence to apply them effectively in practical scenarios.
